AC Hotel by Marriott Birmingham

My friend and I went to this hotel for a festive afternoon tea. The atmosphere was very warm and comforting, and festive. We were served by Roderta who was very friendly attentive and helpful. We were served tea ,water and Prosecco always being asked if we wanted it served with the food or afterwards. Roderta brought out the food which was very well presented. The choice was excellent sandwiches, wraps, and even pigs in blankets. We were served scones with cream and jams, as well as a lovely choice of other cakes and mince pies. Marcello another member of staff was very attentive and helpful offering more tea and he boxed some of our cakes up for us to take home as the food was so plentiful . The staff here are very welcoming and professional and the festive afternoon tea was one of the best I’ve had excellent value for money. Thank you
