There was organized prostitution in this hotel while I was on my vacation.
It was happening evry night after midnight ,there were 3 chinese prostituts and a turkish heroin addicted guy who was their pimp.

The place is near to the center. bad the personal is very irresponsable. We made a reservation in may for august. The price was cheap.  The day we arrived was holiday. In this days there are to many tourist from Turkey in Kusadasi and other places.  Knowing this i called them in july to remind them about our visit. But even after this Deniz Hotel canceled our reservation without any warning or calling. So IRRESPONSABLE. After this the woman who is the chief there didnt even apologize and began to speak very rude to us. The bed wasnt clean. The water in the bathroom is salty.

Not good idea!!!!

My partner and I visit Kusadasi a number of times every year. Whilst we don't stay at the hotel, we visit most days and make use of the lovely pool. The food is home cooked, tasty and plentiful and the owners and staff couldn't be nicer. We often meet a large Danish group (20plus) who stay here every year, and that says a lot. If you're looking for 5 star luxury, then go elsewhere, but if it's a comfortable, clean room in a convenient location at really good prices then you can't go wrong. What more do you need?

Hard to actually review this property as they had a plumbing problem and so when we arrived we were advised that they had booked us into another hotel - staff were really friendly and paid for a taxi to the new hotel.
Wished they had emailed us about the change of hotel before we arrived

Nice Staff

This place is, I guess, the cheapest in Kuşadası, I stayed there with my friend for 2 nights and it costed only 90TL for both of us. 
There was this missunderstanding in the begining, because we booked a room before 2 days on booking site, but when we arrived it seems like there is no booking, nevertheless, they found a room for us. 
Rooms are pretty nice: king sized bed, balcony, shower and toilet in one. 
Although you shouldn't expect them to clean the room and change towels every day. Also the pool has very cold water in this time and it is kinda deep, in most of it you can't feel the bottom. There is another pool for children. But there are no clean sunbeds for you, maybe it's not season yet, i don't know. 
So I liked it because of the cheap price and the location (city center), but if I would think more about comfort I wouldn't choose it.

Cheap

It's an old hotel and moderately well preserved, but for the 11 euros you can't ask for much luxury. Close to the center. The room was full of cigarettes or something like that, the saunas looked dirty at first glance but were rather lost. The shower is integrated into the bathroom, without any sort of separation. The breakfast is right. The WiFi worked well. The staff was very friendly.

For the price, you can't ask for more.

Something out of date, but quite according to what one pays, so that there is no other choice but to enjoy the summer in the Aegean, and also not to give yourself a chapuzon in the hotel stack.

Back to the 80's.

Hotel without claims but the price is one of the lowest of our trip to Turkey. Clean bathroom, clean sheets, kind and accommodating staff. Breakfast at the minimum necessary but I repeat, proportionally you can not wait for the moon at that price.

Quality ratio excellent price

The room is very small and slightly sloppy, the mats seem to be able to walk out. the bathroom looks like someone had showered before arriving with us, as it was all wet, they put 4 soap pills all open and used (i.e. where the pills have gone) that yes, if you want to watch the TV or a piece of screen.... Of the budget hotels we've been to in Turkey is the worst....

Beware of the discouragement.

I'll start with the fact that we've been looking for hotels in Kushadas for a long time on all the sites. In winter many hotels are closed. The price in Pak hotel was very low compared to many other hotels in the city center. But we took the risk and didn't regret it. For people not demanding - the same. The staff is very friendly. They speak Turkish, English and Russian. The hotel is in the city center, near the waterfront and the bazaar. There were no parking problems (winter). The rooms are small, the round room is small. But there is everything you need until tomorrow.
