Balambaka Hotel Alacati

Lovely hotel, close to restaurants and Saturday morning market. Nice pool & great tasting breakfast. Damla at the front desk so kind, helpful and assists with customers needs efficiently.

We had such a great experience at Balambaka Orel. It was very relaxing. The staff is very nice and friendly. This is a family business who take care of their customers. The breakfast is excellent with fresh fruits and homemade jams. We will definitely come back.

An amazing and relaxing hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Alacati street. 10mns walking distance to public transportation and Alacati street. Staff were very friendly and helpful, willing to go the extra mile to make their guests comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented.  The neighboorhood is very peaceful and quiet. Definitely recommended for a relaxing stay.

Hotel has good personnel and specially cheff Ali who served us 2 days with delicious manti dish.
Hotel is situated near the Hajimamish mahalla and Alacati old and beautiful streets. Breakfast is also served in high level.

We came here a year ago and found the hotel and staff to be so nice we decided to come back this year before I leave Turkey.  The same warmth from the owners and amazing ambience greeted us.  This is a little gem ideally situated near to the old town of Alacati and nearby beaches.  I would truly recommend the “Balambaka” to anyone - thank you once again.

My comment got erased first time but this is how much I love these guys Im willingness. To re-write it again. First off being a first time visitor to Turkey, upon getting off the bus in alaçati we were lost, but the owner was nice enough to come and pick us up. We had a a bit of our situation with our tour agency and he went above and beyond to accommodate us in another hotel for our next destination in pamukkale. Very friendly staff will go out of their way to suit your needs. Nice music. They have amazing Turkish breakfast with a wide variety. Big plus is it’s close enough to main alaçati fun district only 3 mins away and far enough not to deal with loud noises. The hotel is on a hill so you get a beautiful view. For beach I highly recommend iliça. Also the walk to the dolmush ( which is like a minivan bus) is only like 5 mins away from the stop and takes you directly to all the beaches. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks balambaka until next time!

We enjoyed our stay very much at this hotel. It was clean, staff was wonderful and it is in a great location for walking to the main area of Alacati. The local high end market is walkable distance. I Would definitely choose to stay again! The suite was spacious, clean, and in great shape. The colors are amazing. We stayed here for about four days. The space is intimate (not small) and comfortable.   Our family booked this hotel for a wedding. They accommodated us in every way they could from decor to food service to rental furniture from outside. After the wedding we stayed at the hotel to unwind and enjoy ourselves a little longer without the anticipation of the big day.   The breakfast is AMAZING. They grow or get everything locally. I will definitely visit this hotel every chance I get while visiting Izmir.

They have a small fridge and air conditioner inside the rooms.

It took us 1 hour from the Izmir Airport to get there.The small very cute turkish styled hotel is located about 5 walking min from the old village centre, which you will apreciate a lot  afer you have seen the village centre, which is very live during the night. The charming hotel is very clean and has very cute garden surrounding it. Have to say that the staff is very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the english level is quite poor. The breakfast is regional and delicious. Otherwise the hotel offers some homemade snacks&dishes and drinks during the day, some tips for spending your time around, transfers in case you might need them and a nice pool to refresh. The pool water is not heated, but during the hot days in Turkey that really isnt a problem. The beach isnt as close, but in case you feel like talking a walk, you can reach Ilica beach in about 35 min of walk, or by bus within a few minutes.They might have a habit having the music on till very late in the evening, which can also be turned off in case it might disturb you. All in all a very pleasant place to spend the several days at.
