We stayed at this hotel for 3 days in July (four adults + 2 children). It was the first time for us in a boutique hotel and we can say that we were quite surprised. The service, the service and the quality of the food were excellent. The food was excellent, there are many local prdouktes used, which makes the quality of the food instantly noticeable. We only ate at the hotel, breakfast was included with us. (Serpme Kahvalti), lunch and evenings. The price of the meal is high. In the city, they would pay a lot more. The service, the service and, as we said, the quality of the food does not have to hide much from this large hotel and, in my opinion, will be surpassed by Leo after many 5 minutes of service and guests are definitely back in this hotel. We may recommend that you also visit this hotel. We have a very younger guest who can enjoy the hotel, but we have decided to visit this hotel, which is a very young hotel, which is also a great hotel, which is a great hotel and which is a great hotel, but we have been able to enjoy it for several weeks.

Nice hotel for families with children

Stayed for a week with a family. Enjoyed everything from excellent local breakfast to private beach, to spacious rooms and stunning views. The stuff is highly professional and helpful. It felt like being a dear guest in someone's house, not the hotel. 

Excellent place for quiet, peaceful and healthy summer break

Situated by the Edremit Bay, Cundavilla hotel offers you both the opportunity to swim in clean and warm water and to experience a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowded center of Cunda. It is only 1 km away from the so-called city center Cunda though. There are only 10 rooms and virtually no noise in this lovely hotel. The owner of the hotel, Levent bey, is more than a tourist guide. He can arrange everything around the region for your needs - places to visit, what to eat and what not to do. His choices of music which runs on low volume throughout the day is enormous. The hotel staff, Emre and all the others are helpful and wonderful people. Irma, the hotel's cat, is a lovely and warm animal. You order your dinner at midday and they cook it for you - whatever you like and at prices comparable to Cunda center.. I would not look for an other place to stay whenever I am back in Cunda, because I really felt like at home when I stayed there.

nice, peaceful, convenient beachfront hotel in ~20 min. walking distance to downtown of Cunda. street parking is available. Thanks to the owner and staff for hospitality. they have a sandy beach but at the time we visited the beach was full of seaweed. the sea nice in mornings but looks like dirty afternoons-use neighbouring hotel dock to get in the sea-. they also have outdoor pool. rooms are spacious, nicely designed, ultra clean. everything was great, one cons could be improved, beds were noisy and not comfortable. breakfast was above average. we didnt have lunch&dinner but we look forward to our next visit to try!

relaxing boutique hotel

Incredible place for holiday. We really liked this place, especially foods. We wanted to stay in a warm place not a big hotel that causes excessive noise pollution. During our stay we realized that we really made a good choice. Cundavilla already turned into our 2nd home. Thank you for great hospitality.

Great place for holiday

We stayed at Cundavilla Suite Hotel last summer and loved it. We went to Cunda with my wife and riding our motorcycle. You can walk to Cunda and take bus to Ayvalik as well. The views are amazing from hotel. The rooms are nice and comfortable as well. The owner traveled around the world with motorcycle. He has great memories to share :) I would suggest his hotel to anyone crossing from Ayvalik.

Such a great place to stay in Cunda

We were here for a two-day stay and we can only recommend it further. We felt very comfortable in the two days, super nice and hospitable staff. We had breakfast included and it was very rich and lovingly prepared. We traveled by car and also had our parking right next to the hotel. The rooms are clean and you have a good sea view. Only the beach in front of the hotel could have been a little cleaner, otherwise everything was tiptop!

Very well suited for family relaxation

A small hotel for relaxing for a few days with excellent management. Magnificent facilities and exceptional treatment worthy of the top 5 stars. The rooms are ideal for couples or small families and the 24th is overlooking the sea. Everything is decorated with good taste and elegance and you can eat or dine at reasonable prices. One of those places you'll never leave, fantastic.

As a travel agent I was able to stay at Cundavilla for 2 nights: Positive points: - Staff reception, always listening and very helpful = by far the best service I could have in Turkey - The outdoors: perfect to spend an entire day full of food! - Breakfast: gourmet, an impeccable service, rich! We demand it! - The well-served room/suite, spacious, small but for privacy on the ground floor... - The quietness of the place Negative points: - A little bit of the city centre (15 minutes from the hill: every corner of the hill!) - perfect once with a small view of a small hotel with a large view of a small cundaboat!

Benefits Beyond Our Expectations

Levent could teach us in terms of quality of service; the banana all day; present just when it's needed, perfect English, warm but not heavy. I recommend the 8 a.m. bath when you're the first to laugh at a gentle water at night. Breakfast on the terrace is perfect; try Menemen eggs; it changes! The simple, tasty rooms, calm! And then if you hang around a bit the last morning, you won't be thrown out; the boss will wait to escort you to your car and say goodbye gently, simply.
