We arrived late due to a storm, roads were covered so took longer to get up the mountain. We had Thai guide and a Thai friend with us. We got our friend to phone the number we had, and he was told the keys were in the door...........we had 3 rooms. There was no power due to the storm but we were not informed about it. Bed was rock hard. We were unable to shower due to no hot water. Went and climbed the mountain, knowing we would have breakfast waiting for us when we got back. Came back and was told no breakfast as they didn't know we had arrived. Can only imagine what the view would be like as it was a foggy morning, but I am sure it would be fantastic. A lot of things out of their control but the lack of breakfast was very disappointing.
