662 reviewsAn amazing hotel that has met my expectations. The warm staff who welcomed us in the early hours. Our room was not ready yet, because we arrived at 7 o'clock in the morning. But they gave us room for waiting guests, which was a great surprise for us. We had a room with direct access to the pool which was amazing. The whole hotel corresponds to the description on the agoda.com, tripadvisor and the hotel page. Pleasant and not overpriced was also the hotel's proposed trasfer from the hotel to the airport. The breakfast offered in the restaurants was fantastic. The hotel can be proud of its name and staff, who have come out in all of us. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and in case of my return and preservation of the quality of service I will return to this hotel. I have no comments about the hotel's quality of service. Perhaps the only thing to be careful about is the increased disinfection of the air conditioners in the room to which I am chubby. In our country, it has already been bordering on the propagation of mold, but still ok. However, there is a damp environment in Thailand that requires frequent air conditioning cleaning.
