Fantastic
1382 reviewsStayed twice during November - initially for 7 nights and then for an additional 1 night on our way from Koh Pha-Ngan to Singapore. We were really impressed by the hotel. It is clean and modern, and great value for money. Our room (One Bed Regency Club Suite with Garden View) was really spacious with a comfortable bed, lovely balcony overlooking the gardens and sea in the distance, and well appointed bathroom. The air conditioning was pretty good and mostly kept us cool although there were a couple of nights when it seemed to switch itself off in the middle of the night and we woke up sweating. There are a number of places across the property to relax during the day with comfortable loungers and drinks/food service offered via a QR code and delivered to your seat. We were pleasantly surprised by the (man made?) beach but ended up favouring the infinity pool on the upper deck as there was more breeze. We didn’t have any issue finding available loungers although it didn’t feel as though the resort was running at full occupancy so it could be a little more difficult during peak season. F&B offered throughout the resort was great. The breakfast buffet is impressive with an outstanding selection. We were also very happy with the breakfast offering in the Regency Club which really suited our needs. We also enjoyed our meals at both Yangna and Sesun. Although we didn’t indulge ourselves as we were usually going out for dinner, the offering during cocktail hour in the Regency Club was really good and you could easily have a proper meal each evening with a good variety of different dishes that changed every day and could be cooked to order. The beverage offering during cocktail hour was also great. Prior to arrival we had understood the drinks offered at the Club to only be wines, beer and soft drinks. However, they also offered local gin, vodka and rum and as big G&T drinkers, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Thai gin. I think the main stand out for us was service - the team are fabulous and always going out of their way to make sure that you are being well looked after and have everything you need. Special shout out to the Regency Club team and particularly Nong who was brilliant! We will be back 😍
