I loved this place! Fantastic location in the middle of Patong and very close to the beach but hidden away in its own little tranquil gardens means you won't lose any sleep from noise. I like the really sweet little bungalows with their own little terrace - nice to sit if you want a quiet evening, the room had a very comfortable big bed. Lovely pool area, very clean and never busy despite the fact I stayed here over New years. I had the breakfast only once during my stay (Didn't have it included in my room price but paid extra) and it was very good, a nice selection of hot and cold foods plus cereals and pastries. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Patong, 3 nights was not enough. The only small downside was that the wifi in my room wasn't working so the receptionist gave me the password to another one, it worked but was a weak signal.
