I'm pretty used to travelling and staying in hotels, having high expectations. I knew this wouldn't be luxury because of the price. When you island hop, luxury isn't always something you crave. However this hotel was excellent for our needs. Clean, comfortable, good beds, powerful shower, excellent air con, but more than that, the staff were exceptional! Made our stay so much fun, nothing was too much for them to do for you! Fun, kind, very helpful and humble. Can't wait to go back and see them all again, I left feeling like I was leaving family. Please go an experience this hotel if you're in Phuket!
