The camp definitely gives glamping an upgrade. The staff is amazing from John the manager to Martin the restaurant boss and Johairi in house keeping, I am sure I missed a couple. They made our stay truly unforgettable, with their attention to detail and care. The camp has no fence, and you can spot wild animals around the camp. They have security escorts from sundown.
Our man Dennis made our game drives fun and unforgettable for sure!!. We loved our daily adventures to find wildlife from leopards, hippos, a lion pride, and 2 male lions, just to mention a few. He is knowledgeable and has a lovely sense of humor..

The camp is total luxury!  The attention to detail in furnishing, styling makes it magical and everything you can want or need is offered and available to you.  It's the perfect haven after a long day touring the Serengetil.  The staff are so joyous and accommodating - they really make your stay fabulous.

Er went there for having some more safari after seeing the tarangire national park.
Our guide Dennis made it an awesome experience, seeing all the big five during the trip and completing a perfect safari.
The lodges are well equipped with everything you need and serving good food. Even offering local food.

We stayed 2 nights at Ole Serai in the Serengeti National Park, and everything was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay.

The tents were impeccably clean, spacious, and provided every modern comfort, with breathtaking views of the park. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to give us a full immersion in nature without sacrificing comfort.

The meals were delicious, with a variety of flavorful dishes showcasing local ingredients.

Thank you to the entire Ole Serai team for this memorable experience. We leave with unforgettable memories and highly recommend this place for a luxurious and authentic stay in the heart of the Serengeti!

The team and the location are just amazing. We had a full adventure experience with plenty of comfort at the same time. You can really see wild animals from the terrace of your tent – and the nights are quite loud and full of animal sounds. But we loved it! The food was excellent, and we felt at home, safe, and very welcome the entire time. We can only recommend this place. Thanks to the team that runs this wonderful getaway!

The rooms are amazing. No insect or mosquito ever got in. The service was also very pleasing, we even learned native songs. We even saw some animals from camp, but they never got close enough to scare us, as there are guards to make sure everything is good. Recommend 100%. 

Staff amazing, food was very tasty, and they served us traditional Cousine upon our request. Every night we had some traditional ceremoney, and full description of the tradition in the country. And of course you have lots of animals close by even lions which is a unique experience that everyone should have it at least once. What made me surprised was 5G internet. 

The experience is beyond believable. The camp is located in the serengetti national park, which makes it right in the middle of nature. The staff is unbelievably kind and make you feel like family. Ask for tanzanian food here. They do not disappoint you. We will come back one day just to visit them. They made our trip 2000 times more memorable 

Hotel and staff were impeccable but phillip made our trip special and he added soany wonderful touches like surprise picnic breakfast  it was amazing best experience we have ever had. Highly recoomend

Unique experience in nature

We stayed here for two nights during our first safari in the serengeti, which was also our honeymoon! What an incredible stay it was, the staff were so nice and so helpful, they really made us feel welcome! I would highly recommend Ole Serau Moru Kopjes to anyone staying in the Serengeti and I'm sure we will be returning there one day!

Amazing hospitality in the Serengeti!

Took our adult kids on the trip of a lifetime to Tanzania. When we booked accommodations in the Serengeti I was expecting a rustic tent with a cot and few amenities. This was quite the opposite. The tent was rustic but inside was every modern amenity. But the real surprise was the great service we received from the super friendly staff. The front desk manager, Bennett, welcomed us and attended to our every need. The waiter named Gift was always smiling and super attentive. Our New Years Eve dinner was one we will remember for the rest of our lives. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It was an excellent stay!

Great stay!

We stayed 3 nights at Ole Serai and loved every second of it! It was our first African Safari Trip and were very much looking forward to camping in the Serengeti, and Ole Serai did not disappoint! 

The staff was the highlight! Everyone we met was incredibly friendly and thoughtful - particularly Bennett, Masey, and Gift. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our stay and had everything we needed.

The tent was very spacious, including the bathroom and shower. We never had any issues with hot water (even when taking morning and afternoon showers in the same day). The bed was extremely comfortable (and I am usually not a fan of most hotel beds), and I slept soundly each night. The camp did a wonderful job putting you close to nature (seeing hippos and zebras grazing and hearing lions roaring at night is something I will never forget), while ensuring you were safe and looked after. 

The food and dining service was excellent - a true luxury experience. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner was delicious with lots of options each day. The staff was very accommodating, allowing you to select your breakfast and dinner times (we did lunch on the go). 

Although it was our first trip to the Serengeti, it definitely won’t be our last. We will definitely be returning to Ole Serai!
