We stayed here one night while hiking the Haute Route to enjoy a nice hotel with SPA during the middle of hike and would recommend it. We were given a corner room overlooking the valley. Our room was clean, well-appointed and featuring classic furniture. We found the room to be comfortable and quiet. However, we did find the room a little small, but adequate in size if you do not need to take a bunch of stuff out. The hotel had a nice terrace with several lounge chairs overlooking the valley and it would have been nice to relax on if we had more time. Our priority was to checkout the SPA facilities, which were nice and included pool, sauna, hammam and relaxation room. Breakfast had a large, well-appointed spread. The check-in could have gone better, since I walked around the hotel looking for front-desk that was not clearly marked and no one greeted us to let us know we walked right past it. We had two choices for dinner time and it was more formal than we would normally pick. We would recommend the hotel to others and people doing the Haute Route.
