One of the best places to stay near Dambulla city and conveniently located close to the Dambulla International Cricket Stadium. The owner was extremely friendly and the service was excellent. They also offer an à la carte menu.

The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. It’s a perfect, peaceful spot for a short stay.

It was a nice stay. The staff was really nice and fulfilled us every wish. Rooms are clean and comfortable and it's really close to the Dambulla caves. Every room has a balcony and a own bathroom with cold and hot Water.

My wife and I stayed here one night. We got a very god price and we're pleased to find that the place was very good value for what we paid.
The hotel is very new and modern, quiet because it up a driveway from the road and (more or less) clean. The room was spacious, modern with a desk and had A/C. The owner was super nice and accommodating, he gave our driver a room for an extra 1000 Rs. Breakfast was basic but fine, and we picked the breakfast time. 
Very good wifi (I could Skype home) which is never a guarantee in Sri Lanka even when they claim have wifi.
Good shower facilities although not all rooms have hot showers so you should ask for this.
Overall, 4 out of 5 stars. One of the best places you will find for the price.

Very nice place - underrated for price

Service is too bad. Don't waste your money for this place. You may find a better place around Dambulla area other than the this hotel. Your vacation you have to spend with bad experience if you select this hotel. Owner of the hotel behave as a gangster.
