Great appartments!

The apartments are on the first line of the coastline and have a beautiful view of the sea.The beach is a 5/10 minute walk from the apartment.Everything was very clean.The responsible, Tomi, is a marvel; it solves any setbacks that may arise.It is highly recommended.We will be back soon.

Apartments at the ends.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary in these apartments that are truly luxurious with all the comforts you can imagine and with a situation and impeccable sea views where you can safely achieve your purposes at night, we gave them a bath in the pool they have on the rooftop looking at the sea with a bottle of Moët that they prepared for us and it was truly spectacular.

A dream come true.

I can’t begin to express how fabulous La Punta is.
Close to everything you could want in a holiday with excellent apartments.
Spacious and very accommodating, with everything you would need including a toaster, kettle, hair dryer, safe etc.

Superb location 

We stayed for most of January 2019, its a lovely apartment right by the sea and the views are spectacular.  Apartment was well equipped, clean and well maintained.  The only downside was the area is very quiet at this time of year, there are about 20 restaurants/bars down the front but we were lucky if we could find 3 or 4 open at any time.  The housekeeper Tomi was brilliant, she came in every day and was very helpful.

A great apartment in a lovely location

Apartments LA PUNTA, are apartments with one or two bedrooms, with magnificent views of the Mediterranean with a year-round open pool and a solarium area, which allows you to disconnect on good days, with excellent views of a new area (La Punta) of the town of Villajoyosa. It is no wonder that tourism, especially Nordic and Central European, makes small escapades and even long stays to enjoy the good climate and what this functional and practical establishment offers. Although the kitchen has a large freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, lacking the proper toilet (more cazu, more desperos, no difference with batidora de varellas), it is fundamental if you want to place an apartment of these habits.

Functional apartments with magnificent views.

Myself, wife and daughter spent a week here and would fully recommend it.
We stayed early June and were looking for a chilled time and that’s exactly what we got, The beach and restaurants close by are fantastic and reasonably priced and we will most definitely will be back.
The Manager Tomi was very helpful and organised a lift from Alicante airport and back when going home.
We arrived on a Sunday when most shops are closed, though they have a great supermarket five min walk away from apartments which is open every day apart from Sunday.


Great apartment

The problem arises when I book 3 nights and for personal reasons I have to leave the apartment early, communicating to the receptionist if I could cancel the last night, giving me as a solution that my city would come to do what I had to do and return, since the money was not going to be returned to me. I call a booking so that they can contact the apartment and the only option is to leave the third day later (which is impossible since I communicated that I would only be two) or that if I made a five-day booking I could have one discounted.

Good views with peros..

We were 4 grownups who shared a two bedroom superior apartment in the second floor.
 Nice light modern apartment with everything you need. We stayed for 10 nights, and they cleaned the apartment every 4th day. Changed the beds , and new towels, and toiletpaper..  There was also cleaningequipments available for selfcleaning if needed. I don'nt think they clean if you stay for just a few ninghts.
Wellfunction AC in every room.
The only thing we missed was some sunshading on the balcony. It was very hot in the morning, even though we stayed in September.
The pool was quite ok, not so big. Sunbeds available.
There was some constuctionwork right below us, soon to be finished I guess. And when they are , the distance to the beach and restaurants will be much shorter than it is today.
We also found a small diner almost across the street, where they served some small good dishes, and refreshments.
