We stayed at a ground floor apartment at the front of the building and had no issues whatsoever with noise which had been mentioned in other reviews. The apartment building is perfectly situated for exploring the old town of Valencia and when we wanted to go further afield eg the beach, found taxi’s nearby without any issues. A special thank you to reception staff situated a couple of streets away. They answered all questions that were messaged in most cases, immediately and were so helpful if any replenishments were needed eg shower gel or a washing pod. Used on site laundry before we came home which was really useful.
