I'm so sorry to give you this rating because the hotel is beautiful, cozy, clean and comfortable, but that you're lying down and other customers enter the room with the same key code is already a disaster that knocks everything else to the ground. We were expecting an apology from the administration and ignored us in an Olympic way.

Poor management of the company

We were in the suite on the last floor, a newly renovated apartment, a comfortable room, a large bathroom with a yacuzzi, very nice!

The rooms, as well as the photos, cleanliness and good service The only thing we could not regulate the heating and, although it was very cold, at night we slept unstable by the heat of the interior.

Super cozy and cozy.

Our room was nice but one of the hardest and most uncomfortable beds I've ever known. In addition, the heat and ventilator were so loud that we couldn't turn it on or open the window because it was the medieval fair and the street was so loud. Between one thing and another we barely slept and we were fatally tired. We entered the other hotel with a key because in the evenings there was no staff at the reception which could not seem more impersonal. This in a large hotel or airport or during inclement weather hours but it seems to me to be a small rural hotel in the middle of the afternoon... perhaps there is no more to look for.

Improved, in my opinion.

The hotel is located in the historic centre and within easy walking distance of the castle. The accommodation is very good, spacious room, very clean, excellent shower and hygienic accessories. The staff was very attentive. They have breakfast, but also a very good bakery near the hotel door. I highly recommend.

Excellent hotel in the historic center

The individual room is small but comfortable and well decorated, the location is very good to get to know the town and the surrounding area, due to Covid I have had little contact with the people who work there, but they have been very supportive of me by phone.

Very good accommodation option in Puebla de Sanabria.

Perfect location if you choose to use the village's free apartment, which I recommend. The right room, with everything necessary (sapatillas, amenities, etc.). The super nice shower with wide onion. To say the least, the emergency light will improve, it shines too brightly. Margarita's attention, both at the reception and at the breakfasts, is very close and pleasant. The breakfasts are very good, to highlight the homemade apple pie. Very recommended.

Well-located and well-served.

In the heart of the historic center of Puebla de Sanabria, we chose a superior room with a viewpoint, magnificent views of the river Tera, had everything needed. The breakfast was very good, the bread and the mermaid of pumpkin and carrots to remember. It would highlight Margarita's kind treatment during the two days we stayed, thanks.

A good hotel in an excellent location.

The house is very nice, stone like most of the rooms in the village. The room is spacious. The bed is comfortable. It is very well located. The breakfast is right. I put 2 pegas: The emergency light in front of the bed is annoying. The temperature of the room is cold. With minimum temperatures of 7 degrees, I think you should turn on the heater for at least a few hours. It is very nice to have radiators but it would be better to turn it on when necessary.

It was cute but...

Everything was very good. attentive and friendly staff. very rich breakfasts (especially thanks to homemade jams). the room was very nice and well equipped, and very well maintained thanks to the fantastic work of the cleaning staff.
