I spent 4 days in this hotel not far from the centre of Bratislava. The structure is very nice and the neighborhood is quiet. The pond next to the building is ideal for a pleasant walk in company. What to say? The staff is very courteous and speaks very well English. Our room was very spacious and clean. Towels were changed every day and the rooms were meticulously refurbished. As for meals, both breakfast and dinners have been plentiful and very much. It felt like the ingredients used were fresh. Wi-Fi is available for free throughout the facility. It was absolutely recommended, both for groups and for families; but even the bedrooms just seem to have a good base to have for anyone visiting the wonderful Bratislava!!

Perfect place to stay.

The rooms are quite decent and spacious. The large bathroom, although that is, a defect is that it does not have a curtain or shower curtain, which makes the water escape, but the bathroom does not flood. The place where it is quiet, a neighborhood of blocks of buildings from the non-central communist era, although that is, the hotel is beautiful with a beautiful park and lake. The staff treated us as fairy tales, especially the boys and girls of the restaurant (which come great, by the way).

A good hotel for a quiet stay.

The hotel is in nice location by pond Drazdiak in Petrzalka. It can be a nice 3 star hotel, but definitely not 4 star. Everything looks little bit used, the hotel can be on place 15-20 years. Need to be modernized for sure. 

Breakfast is really  horrible, no big choice, very basic. Again, 4 star hotel???

4 star hotel absolutely not

We had a good time. Service was quite good, building and the whole place is really wonderfull. Romantic view on Drazdiak lake. Food was delicious. We are looking forward to visit this restaurant again

Lovely setting but car or taxi needed to get into town, partly as we found bus service confusing.
Staff were very helpful though had technical problems on check-out with providing separate bills for two of us (my friend and I are both self employed).
Stayed 3 days with only cold water in the shower at peak times.
Comfortable and spacious room and bathroom. Bed very comfy.
Restaurant service very good and tasty food.

It is nice, we came here with group. Two nights in warm room with great breakfast. Hotel is little too far from centar but you can easily go with bus 93, and then walk around 10 min. You can choose room with view on the lake.

New year

As previous reviews said - it's definitely not a 4* hotel. It's located in the middle of residential blocks. Lake makes a bit of difference, but at this time of the year (winter) it all seems so abandoned and messy. Around the hotel is a fence and you can not access to the lake - that's sad. Rooms are warm, quite clean and spacious, bathroom is big (I missed the shower curtain!). Dinner was served in a hotel restaurant - it was tasty, but very very average. Breakfast is self-service, but let's face it - nothing special; but don't worry - you won't stay hungry :) Staff was so so - some were smiling and were kind, others seemed like they can't wait to finish their shift. It's quite far away from the old city center and price is actually not so low considering their qualities.

Nothing special...

Probably comfortable for conferences because of the space available, but totally devoid of interesting elements for a tourist. It's generally old, almost decadent in style (just notice the wallpaper on the walls or the stained carpet, to continue to the guy at the reception eating the soup behind the reception desk!). Water comes out of the taps between the green and the yellow.

A Motel disguised as a 4* hotel

I discovered this hotel by chance, because in the one we should have gone, having realized late that we had run out of seats, he sent us to this hotel. From the outside it didn't suggest a worthwhile hotel, but as soon as I walked into the hall, I had to immediately reconsider. A worthy four-star hotel on velky drazdiak lake, with free H24 access to take walks along the lake or even to take a bath. The large, cozy rooms accompanied by very educated and professional staff. I strongly recommend to anyone who decides to pass by there.

As soon as I got to this 4-star hotel, I asked the receptionist for their Wi-Fi password, and he was available and kind.
