Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport. Upon check-in, a contract is signed and a deposit is charged, which is refunded subject to compliance with the rules of accommodation on the day of departure after cleaning.

Check-in is contactless. Receiving a code is possible until 10:00 РМ. Check-in with an already received code is possible around the clock.
Check-in with an animal is possible upon prior request. An additional fee is charged.
The deposit is paid after check-in, but no later than the check-in date. Payment is made by bank transfer through the fast payment system via the electronic service. The deposit is returned after cleaning and no later than 24 hours after check-out.
