Butik-Hotel Verdi is located in the very center of old Sochi and is surrounded by architectural monuments. Directly in front of the club house is the Art Museum, the buildings create a single architectural ensemble. Nearby is Arts Square, as well as within walking distance - the Winter Theater, where artists from the Bolshoi and Mariinsky Theaters perform, and every year the largest Russian festival "Kinotavr" takes place. The hotel is named after the great Italian composer Giuseppe Verdi - the concept of a boutique hotel is based on the atmosphere of art. The common areas are finished with Venetian plaster, each floor has soft zones with musical accompaniment.
