I stayed in the hotel for a week it rooms where clean and the stuff was very nice and helpful. the hotel is located near the taganka metro station and there is 3 metro lines so you can get everywhere with no problems

    What was good

    Stuff is very kind and respectful.

    The check in and check out is very smooth rooms was ready and clean.

    What was bad

    One of our rooms have issue with AC (they provide fan as a temporary solution) it been fixed after two days of our stay, they didn’t change the room after we request that
