What was good

The hotel is located in the heart of Sergiev Posad — in 5 min. walk from Lavra! I can’t imagine better location. We’ve had only half day, so saving time was important. Very close to the hotel are bakeries, banks, supermarket is 2 min, Vkusno I Tochka (ex-Mac) is just in front. Our room was cozy, with a very good bed and matras, sofa and a coffee table. Coffee, tea and minibar are available in the room. Staff is helpful and friendly. I haven’t seen lift anywhere, so we had to take stairs to get to our room on the third floor. All in all it’s a very nice hotel and we’ll stay there next time for sure! The bed was great: comfortable and spacious. Tea and coffee in the room. Good shower Everything was clean and fresh. Friendly and helpful

What was bad

Only I’d add some carpet on the common stairs. The tiles everywhere make it slippery and look like an administrative building.
