Nice location, far enough from the street noise. The yard is excellent for the kids to play and run around. Only 4 rooms - makes it perfect to rent it as a whole, with friends. Kitchen with everything you need, nice terrace and a big livingroom; the bathrooms are simple, modern and very clean and practical - a big "plus" at this chapter. The house is all made of wood, so the isolation between rooms tends to 0, but you can't have them all. Overall - price vs facilities -> a very good option!
