we had a short but verry nice ecperience at hotel stefania, large clean room, kindly staff, large and free parking place for the hotel customers. good food at restaurant. recomended for families with kids and also for cuples.

We were a family of three and a couple. The rooms were spacious and clean and the service really friendly. Generous parking lot outside the hotel.
We had hot water during the day but wouldn't run during the night. We made a complaint at the reception but they told us to keep it running until it got warm. Needless to say, it didn't. Then they told us we probably waren't turing the faucet on corectly, which I thought was a rude and ironic statement. After more complaints, they finaly told us that they had a pipe intervention nearby and that was the reason for the delay which lasted about two days without any hot water.
The fact that they lied at first and even blaming it on our poor knowledge of properly using a faucet made me reconsider returning again.

Nice place

For the money that i paid I expected to be other conditions. Cleanliness left to be desired, the rooms were not vacuumed, we found cockroaches in the bathroom. The restaurant was opened as the employer wished. Staff should be trained better, starting with the head of reception, which I understand that was the owner.

Disappointing

This property is very far from the beach, and the street is very very crowded. 
Also hotel is located near the train rails, and is always big noise from tne trains, so location is very bad.
Conditions also were not good. Not very clean, staff is not friendly, and not helpfull at all, sometimes we didn't have hot water.
Restaurant is pricy and food is not good. 
Very dissapointed. We'll not stay there again, nor we recommend thsi hotel to anybody.

Way too far  from the beach !We didn't like it :(

Overpriced accommodation with bad service and very bad food. 
The best part is that it has a large parking place where you will find for sure free spaces.
Is more an hostel then a 3-star hotel but the prices are for an 4-star hotel.
