129 reviewsTop notch service from shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, cleanliness of the room, the beautiful landscaped yards , great customer service from the front desk, and amazing food and attentive wait staff. Kitchen of ‘The Village ‘ Restaurant was very accommodating and conscientious of our daughter’s food allergies. We stayed at Nature’s Village for 40 days and everyday their service never wavered. It was consistent and excellent. We were able to take a textile tour and walk around the grounds. You can also take a tour of their sustainable garden that supplies produce to their kitchen. Water pressure was excellent with the shower, the room we stayed in was spacious and we only experienced 1 blackout but the generator kicked in right away. I know that can be an issue in other area Hotels in the Philippines. Highly recommend Nature’s Village Resort! Beautiful, sustainable, affordable and strategically located where you are close enough to Bacolod but not in the hustle and bustle of the city.
