This small guesthouse is located near the port, meaning far from the famous beaches. That being said, you can't get any better value for your money in Boracay, specially in high season. I like to walk, so the location was OK for me; otherwise you can always take a tricycle or hire a motorbike. I got a double for P700, great for a couple but still not expensive for me traveling alone, considering it's Boracay. The house is new and clean; no complains at all. Comfy rooms, aircon, TV, private bathroom, wi-fi and mini fridge; you can use the common microwave and sink, or even cook and hand wash laundry if you want. Mini store in the first floor. The owner, Mr. Reinacido, was very friendly.
