130 reviewsWe stayed at this hotel multiple days and wanted to share 3 big things. First of all, I was very impressed by the level of customer service. Particularly Francis was very welcoming and helpful as we navigated our vacation in Lima. And the communication was second to none. Second, the hotel location was perfect for where we wanted to be. This might depend on what you are trying to do in Lima but overall it seemed like a safe are which was within walking distance of multiple things to do and visit. Last, but not least, the prices were very reasonable and we felt it was great value and quality.
