Petra's Gaestehaus

We stayed for one night so that we could visit Spitzkoppe and the White Lady paintings. All was fine. Breakfast was adequate. The owner was very helpful and advised about our trip. He was accommodating when we arrived late due to a flat tyre. Recommends local places to eat within easy walking distance. My impression is that Namibians are culturally not proactive in offering services but are helpful and sociable when approached. I wish I had known prior to our visit that second hand clothing, particularly for children, is greatly appreciated and any clothing donations are gratefully received by the local population.
