17 reviewsI stayed one night at Royal Mingalar Hotel. It is located near Mingalar Mandalay, the biggest shopping centre in Mandalay and Pullman Hotel. The room is nice and include baloney. The view from the room is also nice, I got swimming pool view. The dinning area is also nice. You can breakfast beside the pool. It's so great. The staff are warmly welcome. My training was held at that hotel. Love this🥰
