Our first time in Morocco and first stop was Tetouan. Abdul the Riad caretaker has given us exceptional service during our 2 days stay. We left Tetouan a little more knowledgeable about the city, culture, food and Moroccan life. Wished we could have stayed longer, but we have other places to discover. Delicious breakfast, beautiful place, centrally located in the Médina, excellent wifi.

Home away from home.

Accommodation with excellent treatment. Rooms with Arabic decoration. Abdul is very helpful and will be at your disposal. Do not hesitate to ask him, he will give you good advice. A spectacular breakfast with indigenous products on the terrace with beautiful views. Very close to the Royal Palace and the shopping area.

Riyadh in the middle of Medina

There is no sign outside, but you will have no problems to find this place, name of the small lane is Aziman, and the house number is 4. Typical Moroccan style riad in center of Medina of Tetouan, beautiful zelij and Moroccan decor, stone carving, colors, plants, really good taste. Its clean, very warm welcomed! There are few bigger rooms downstairs, and in other 2 floors. Some are with shared bathroom outside. We had a room on the last floor, just a few steps from breathtaking view of the open terrace. Upstairs there are 3 rooms, and small kitchen there owner makes breakfast for request. View from the terrace is 360 deg. of Tetouan Medina netto! I will definitely be back there, its perfect and calm place to stay few nights when discovering mostly unknown Tetouan. This city has a lot to offer!

Best place to stay in Tetouan!

Our hosts went above and beyond what was expected, making our stay as comfortable as possible. Really appreciate that extra mile they went to! Riad it's self is very basic and very noisy because of its location above the main market and because it's so big and echoey. Not sure I'd come back as it's a bit soulless compared to other riads but staff are fabulous!

A familiar dish with a treat from the person who takes care of the formidable customer.We were offered a dinner (cuscús de pollo) with live music being an unforgettable experience.The only catch was that the owner of the dish closed himself with 4 friends without asking permission at a dinner that we had paid his customers.

Good stay and good service.

This is a wonderful place full of history! From the sidewalk to the terrace, the pleasure of the eyes is everywhere. The traditional breakfast is excellent. Mounir and Abdelkader are hosts of kindness and exemplary efficiency.

A beautiful place where no matter what language you speak, you'll be enchanted by its beautiful beauty, a place where you'll disconnect from the world and marvel at everything you see, I'd definitely come back to visit with a family, a very recommended couple 👏🏻

Wonderful and wonderful.

Absolutely the loveliest staff that I have encountered at any hotel, and the meals, particularly the breakfasts, are truly delicious. From waiters to the people behind the desk, they were all incredible. Great language skills in English, French and Spanish (not to mention Arabic) too! One note: the rooms can vary greatly in size based on what I saw - singles are simple and comfy but relatively humble, the double that I saw was massive basically palatial.

One of the Best Stays of My Life

I booked a room in this gorgeous Riad for one night and two nights later, in still here and don't want to leave!!!!  Gorgeous view on roof. Abdul and Munir are so nice, generous with their time, and will do anything they can to make your stay nicer. They can also speak several languages between them. I have found many many Moroccans are like this, so kind and devoted to creating lasting memories and providing excellent service. Thank you, Riad Tetuan!!!!

Best hosts ever!

Este Riad is located close to the Spanish Royal Palace and the Spanish Ensanche, but within the old Medina, in a street of great tranquility.The treatment is familiar and cozy and the Riad is an old palace of great originality and with impressive views from the 360o terrace.Aconceivable for people looking for something authentic outside the conventional.
