This family run accomodation is very good value for money. It's very central with everything you need just few steps away. All rooms have a beautiful view of the main square with the Medina on the backdrop which is just few steps away. The owner is very kind and helpful, speaks English very well, which is rare, as well as Spanish and French. Highly recommended

Location is very good, quite close to CTM bus station (about 10 min walk) . And it is close to all major attractions like medina , Feddane, Kasbah ... The hotel is facing a big square with great views from my room terrace. Beds are comfortable . The host is so nice to wait for my late arrival at 10 pm and very patient to my questions and helping me out searching for buses to next city (Thanks again !) Highly recommend !

Highly recommend budget hotel

Very nice family place, we were the only guests and could choose our room (of course we took the most beautiful with the balcony). Unfortunately there is no heating and the shower (already charged in the price) was not possible, as we left early and it needs to be switched on by the owners. Apart from that, great place to stay at a great location abover one of the main squares!

Nice but cold

Our room was quiet and clean like the rest of the boarding house. The management is familiar and welcoming; the younger ones speak different languages and make communication easy and with those who speak only Arabic... well, there is still a way to understand each other :) A great address to visit the beautiful Tetouan (ideal for small budgets!).

It's like home!

The family that runs the hotel is an authentic LOVE. attentive, friendly, give you good recommendations, very good people. Also, I remember sending an email asking about some question of arrival time and they protested at the time, super efficient. Our room (I think it was the 11th or the 12th) had a privileged view. I would repeat just for the views, really. Well communicated and clean.

Just one night.

We came here for work and we stayed more than two weeks in this pension.The best is its location, a stone's throw from the medina and from the entire center.It is the most economical pension, friendly treatment, educated, clean room.

After 2 weeks in the I recommend.

We highly recommend pension Iberia for its price, location, cleanliness, and stunning view. Caveats include Turkish toilets, a low level of professionalism from the staff, and a broken outlet in our room. Considering it all, we would probably stay again because location and price trump other considerations.

Good, with some major caveats

I have to admit that after traveling through Chefchaouen, Marrakch and Tangier, I was even more disappointed to get here. Until now my accommodation had cost 9.20 and 19 euros respectively and, I believe, they were thousand laps compared to the 10 euros I paid for a individual room (in the 9 euro would be 4 but the conditions were exquisite, ducharse no cost money and even, I was invited to dinner, to have tea and... eyetc...etc) I was not even anxious when the price was very low and the situation was very convenient. In this case, the guest house is located right next to the medina.

Only for one night.

I really loved it here, the hotel is so clean, the people are super nice, the view is breathtaking ... It's close to eveeything you'd need .. I always wake up before dawn to watch the lights in the mountain turning off ..

Pension Iberia is about 10 minutes walk fro, the Old Souika,Palais Royale and all other main attractions.
The hotel consists of about 10 rooms on the third floor of a spanish style colonial building.
Very clean rooms with two single beds,sink and small balcony, I stayed in room 11 which has an amazing view over the Plaza.
Kitchen available;western style tiolets and hot showers, 10DH all shared.
Friendly staff and a highly recomended budget option.
