Once again I express my disapproval if respondents x this medium does not block opinions and tell the truth the worst service to the client and very poorly hygienic... order to smoke!!! my annoyance and complaint is due to cockroaches, lack of hot water, bomb noise or whatever but prevents rest Actitude of the staff who are excused by telling lies through this medium Y wanting to return only half of the total payment is lying to me if I change room although from the very beginning I ask after hearing x phone to the lady mocking (which was a delicate and asking for a photo of the cockroach that was being allocated) Express my complaint No if they paid me for several answers.

The hotel is simple and has a very affordable price.It is very well located and the reception provides good information about buses and transportation.The breakfast is good and I liked it.However, the rooms were very dirty, with rotten sheets and very careless.I would never return.

 Dirty rooms

A bit of a last minute call - this is a local motel in the streets below Centro - a more polluted and busy, down-at-heel area, which is cool but not recommended. The motel was not great overall. Staff were fine but rooms disappointing and super basic. Hot, without charm, and mattresses like boards of wood. Pretty uncomfortable. Bathroom not clean at all. Many other places offer infinitely more charms for the same price but we were in a fix.

Not recommended at all. Go elsewhere.

Very affordable, clean, and bare bones. Solid location during DOTD and walking distance to pretty much everywhere. Free breakfast and solid Wi-Fi. Again, price is right, but luxury and comfort are not their calling cards

Price is right

Bed broken, facility dirty, run down, toilet did not work, no pillow cases, rock hard pillows, no locks on windows, dirty and dingy towels with holes in them. No outlets, bathroom filthy, and then the place charges us a late fee for checking out a little later. It was horrible and ruined our vacation!!

I don't usually ask much of a hotel, especially when the city is as attractive as Oaxaca, except for a good bed to sleep in and a hot shower. This hotel even has a bed ok, but the shower... gets annoying. The employees turn off the gas (I believe to save) and the water is never hot! We have to ask every time to turn on the heater and still it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to heat up, except for the shower has no pressure, it's a pinch! We asked to turn on the water heater 2 to 3 times every day, and even then, sometimes they said it turns on, but not bad! This situation, in fact, irritated us. Other points: lack of privacy (the corridor that can happen typically in the hotel), the lack of comfort and convenience of the hotel rooms, and the lack of well-equipped rooms, the lack of good care and convenience of the hotel (with a lot of amenities), the hotel's interior (with a lot of amenities), and the hotel's amenities (with a lot of convenience and convenience), the hotel's amenities (

Old hotel, bad shower, good location

When we arrived at night, it seemed a bit unsafe, but in the morning it looked much better, and the attention was always kind and constant. The price is great if you are going to use it as a bedroom to explore Oaxaca. For 100 pesos more you include breakfast, although if you go to the market it comes with less money.

A good hotel to use as a dormitory and go for a walk all day.

I didn't stay because it wasn't enough space for our stuff, family and me.

It is really well presented with great service and clearly a lot of pride in the place. Free breakfast also. I hate criticism but I have to say that the water pump is most instrusive on the second floor only being turned off late at night and coming on first thing. I really hope the owner deals with this as it is a seriously annoying sound.
