You & Me by Cocoon Hotel

We stayed at You & Me Maldives in July 2025 for two weeks and were completely spoiled. We've travelled a lot, but the service here was the best we've ever experienced . Every staff member seemed genuinely happy to help, special thanks to Nattu, Rose, Jasmin, Yann, Lorax, Harri. They always made time to chat, checked in with guests, and added personal touches that really stood out. Food was great - I gained 2 Kg :-) The Dive and Watersports teams were fantastic too. Really helpful and knowledgeable. The Dive Centre was well equipped, and the diving was absolutely stunning. Dive Master Mohabatt was brilliant — really skilled and passionate about showing us the best reef life. Snorkelling around the island was good, but July’s tidal currents were strong. You need to take the trips to see the best. On the island the best time to snorkel is around low tide, if that's important to you it's actually worth checking the time of day the tides will be low before you book. At its strongest, we saw a current fast as 2 meters a second, which makes for demanding swimming conditions. There are sheltered spots around the island where snorkelling is still easy and safe but be aware. We were upgraded to an Aqua Suite with a slide, which was really nice spacious. The minibar had a good mix of free and paid options at fair prices. The slide was fun to try once, but with the strong current, it wasn’t something we used often. We also used the H2O underwater restaurant. It’s expensive at $280 per person, but the view is amazing and the service top-notch. The 7-course meal was a mix of interesting and delicious dishes. the bill for water and wine can be pricey. You & Me Maldives gave us an unforgettable experience. The service was flawless, the room was stunning, and diving and snorkelling were great. If you're planning to spend a lot of time in the water, just be aware of the sea conditions — but everything else was perfect.
