We stayed here three nights as we were birding in the area. At first, we were just a bit disappointed as it is pretty basic. However, the staff and the comfort of the facility quickly changed those thoughts. The food here was amazing and my only complaint was that the servings were just too large. We started sharing the appetizer and not having dessert. 
The location is wonderful, the staff amazing and the internet pretty darn quick.

A surprising experience

We stayed four nights at this hotel, we were very well received, the place is wonderful and we were happy to learn that it belongs to a Malagasy woman. A very special thank you to the restaurant team, the service was impeccable, the food was delicious and the team really charmed us!

A lovely stay

We were lucky enough to visit this wonderful establishment. It is located in a paradise setting. The hotel is beautiful, full of charm. We especially enjoyed the garden. Certainly the most beautiful establishment in Tulear is a pity that the restaurant is so disappointing.

What a wonderful place

Ideally located in front of the lake in the north of Tuléar, this hotel feet in the water enchanted us. Good welcome, beautiful infrastructure (bungalows, seafront restaurant, swimming pool, direct access to the beach, beautiful garden). The place is very restful, clean and comfortable, although the room equipment remains summarised. On the other hand, the menu of the restaurant is very minimalist and a bit expensive.

Very nice hotel feet in the water

A very nice hotel, very clean, with well-thought-out and welcoming infrastructure. The bungalows are simple but comfortable even if you notice a small problem with water but nothing very annoying. However, the biggest plus of this hotel is the hospitality and service. Everyone is in the care, the organization is great, everything is designed for the comfort of the guests. We came in family with the elderly, adults, adolescents, children and even babies, but everyone had the maximum comfort. I have rarely seen a hotel with so much attention to the guests. Bravo has the whole team, we will come back with pleasure

A little corner of paradise

Absolutely lovely hotel. The thing that I would highlight here is the staff - the people who own and run this hotel are the difference. We were made to feel welcome and wanted from the moment we arrived until the moment we left.

There are limitations to the hotel but they're related to the area not the hotel - the WiFi/mobile is very limited and the power supply can't withstand high current demands (no hairdryers).

But these were of little consequence when you were made to feel so welcome and looked after. A beautiful vista, a lovely clean beach, lovely clean rooms.

A wonderful experience

The hotel is very well maintained, the staff is smiling, welcoming, the hotel is very well maintained, there are plenty of activities to explore the nature, the villagers and the local fishermen, the cuisine of the restaurant is delicious, and we enjoyed some great local products such as the Zebu coast, the grilled calamar and other seafood.

La Mira, a hotel in the middle of nowhere!

Thanks to our guide driver, we were able to get the resident rate for a huge bungalow overlooking the sea, including breakfast; we enjoyed the very flowery setting, the swimming pool (a little cool at the time), but we were very disappointed with the restaurant, hyper slow service, unkind, we even doubted that there was a favoritism for other non-wasas customers...served last while arriving in the first, no apologies...

Very nice hotel.

Very average service level, the rooms aren't top-notch but it's still good, but the service is really sad. No fresh drinks available, it's impossible to order food or snacks outside mealtimes, the meals are not up to the expectations you have in this kind of hotel.

I'm not sure what to do.

Remarkable beachfront hotel with a dream-like sandy beach, a beautiful swimming pool with sea view. Very welcoming, smiling and caring staff. Really excellent restaurant kitchen. Comfortable, clean room. I recommend!
