The friendly receptionist (speaking exceptional English) showed us several rooms for us to choose. We settled on our rooms and she happily checked us in. All the receptionists we encountered during our stay were warm and friendly and always smiling, but I would especially like to acknowledge Kristina. She went out of her way to ensure our stay was extremely pleasant.
