A perfect hotel. We had a 5 nights stay and couldn’t be happier. It is positioned in the heart of Shibuya, short walk from the station and in the middle of a vibrant night life. Rooms are large, very clean, with large windows overlooking the city. The staff is incredible. Very professional, polite and always greeting us with a smile. We asked to change the room to a higher floor as we were worried about possible noise and they were very accommodating and moved us to a high floor. A special thank you to Takumi Sukigara from the reception desk who checked us in. He gave us excellent recommendation for restaurants, places to see the cherry blossom. He always smiles. Breakfast was excellent too, with both à la carte options and buffet. I felt in love with the little chocolate cakes. Overall, a superb hotel, highly recommended.
