We had a lovely 3 night stay in Kyoto at this Super Hotel. It was clean and quiet, and perfect after a long day of exploring. Rooms were small but that is to be expected in Japan. The only complaint we had was about the pillows. We only had one long-ish Japanese-style pillow for 2 of us in our room. It didn't even span the full width of the bed. The hotel provides a selection of pillows in the lobby you can choose from but every single day we went they were gone before we can get one. I think every room should at least have 2 pillows, especially when you're booking a double room for 2 people. Outside of that, we loved the happy hour and breakfast. It was a perfect stay and a great location!
