Villa Soleanna Residence

We have known Vieste for many years where we had stayed several times in different housing solutions. Residence Soleanna was by far the best. Firstly the owner, Mr. Bruno who cordially welcomed us even before the scheduled time. His discreet presence and his advice during the stay were very appreciated. Then the accommodation, perfect, with impeccable cleaning, equipped with everything necessary and with an outdoor porch where you can dine outdoors. Finally the location, two steps from the beautiful beach and 15 minutes of pleasant stroll along the seafront from the center of Vieste. It was a pleasantly relaxing holiday. If we return to your stay to the Sun again, we will recommend it!!

The perfect vacation.

We stayed for two weeks in this residence, in an apartment on the first floor that had a fabulous double terrace. Inside a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, everything you need to feel at home...but with the sea. Very close we found the beach with a second-row umbrella at a very affordable price. The centre of Vieste is a little over a mile away, but the promenade on the sea makes the distance very pleasant. We appreciated the friendly environment and the availability and courtesy of Bruno who provided us with every useful suggestion to make the best of these holidays and with whom we exchanged some pleasant chatter. If we had to return to Vieste it would certainly be our destination.

A lovely holiday in a place that is not to say fantastic. A clean, quiet apartment near the sea. A thank you to the owner Bruno who gave us a snack and made us feel at home, always available to give advice on visiting the Gargano.

Bruno, a wonderful, very kind and generous person, really cheered us out. He welcomed us into a very clean, modern residence, but at the same time with the architecture well aligned with the surrounding landscape. The room was very clean and orderly. Minimal but with all the comforts, including air conditioning and a mini-fridge. They left us an electric teapot, cups and glasses which proved very useful. A wonderful bathroom! Modern and well-studied design. A large and comfortable shower. A very comfortable bed! The porch is a chick that allows you to have breakfast or lunch in relaxation. A very quiet area. The beach is a plus: in a few meters you find yourself in the bathroom with a convection with Bruno (15 to two days and men).

The perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday.

We stayed at the Villa Soleanna for nine nights in September and were super happy about the beautiful accommodation. Bruno was a great host, friendly, effortful and flexible and totally hospitable. The beach is 5 minutes walk away and very wide. In September there is little going on and you have your rest on the fine sandy beach. There are restaurants nearby and you can walk to the beautiful old town in 15 minutes. The accommodation was simple and very clean, with the small kitchen we felt very comfortable. Twice we also enjoyed dinner with Bruno and his wife, which was super dog-friendly. The early was very convenient and for Italian living conditions. The garden is a perfect peace of mind. We could have just walked around the garden and enjoyed it more, and we would have liked to have been out in the garden again, and we would have liked to have been able to get more attention from him, and we would have liked to have walked around the garden again, and we would have liked to have been able to enjoy it again, and we would have liked to have been very happy to have him back in the garden!

Wonderful facility, very clean and beautiful accommodation, super nice host

I've been back to Viste for the fourth time in 20 years and I must say that it never disappoints me...but every time it surprises me with something different...this year it's Bruno...who is he? He's the owner of this residence as well as everything to do...a delicious man who puts love and passion in managing his HOUSE...because we're talking about this.

The residence soleanna is located a short distance from the sea, just walk a small street and you arrive at the house of Bruno who manages with passion and dedication outside the commune this small activity. The apartments are equipped with air conditioning and, in my case, comprised of two rooms plus bathroom and kitchen. Small covered balcony ideal for dining out in the evening. The structure, where the same owner lives, is surrounded by a well-kept garden equipped also with a barbecue and interior parking for cars. Bruno is always available, offers suggestions and advice on the most quoted locations in the area or on attractions or tours to visit the most beautiful areas of the Gargano coast. The costs are in line with those of the beautiful but the added value is that Bruno Consiglio, who still delivers us with a delicious product with a tasting of the beautiful olives.

Try to Believe

We spent a wonderful week with our family at the residence Soleanna! Bruno is the soul of this place and of Vieste. He was for us an excellent guide is a genuine advisor! The apartment is clean, recently renovated and close to the beaches and the city centre (15 minutes on foot). The garden and the structure are taken care of in detail, possibility to grill and take advantage of the home restaurant!

A week at Soleanna

We spent a pleasant and relaxing holiday at Villa Soleanna, an oasis of tranquility near the beautiful beach of Pizzomunno (Vieste). Mr. Bruno's attention and care were precious both for the organization of the stay and for the always punctual advice on the various activities to be carried out in and around Vieste.

An Unrepeatable Experience

We stayed in July at Villa Soleanna in Vieste. A very well-maintained, suggestive location, always clean room, great courtesy and availability of the owners. Ah the sweets! What a delicacy! We have dined here several times (on reservation) with fish grilled, pasta with crab and fish soup: everything perfect!
