This facility has allowed me to be within walking distance of the Teramo hospital. A week or so of staying with a car parked in the hospital parking lot with a convenient weekly subscription (32€).

Eighth Support for Teramo Hospital

There's no internet, but the gigabytes take it well enough, there's no service in the room. I had room number eight, the last one, I asked my room neighbors and they were all the same, it was very dirty, especially under the bed there were spiders and dust bits, there was no chain to close a window, you could open and not close, the windows are generally hard to close, in the bathroom there was no toilet, but a hose that sprayed hot water that should replace the toilet, if I'm not mistaken, it was Turkish, the lady who was head of the local toilet was almost never present, because she was unwelcoming and unpathetic, there was no toilet service in the room, there was no shampoo and toilet, and I always knew that from the first day there was no toilet, so I asked for it every day, and the price was at least a quarter of a foot, but the toilet was not enough, and then the toilet was not enough for me, but not a few hundred meters, but the toilet was a small room, but not a few hundred meters, and a half a foot, and a half

I didn't like the experience at all.

My companion and I booked a room in this apartment complex and we called the lady to confirm when we would arrive. The lady said to warn her a little earlier and so we did. Unfortunately we had to wait outside after a very long trip, when she came to us with the keys and asked us to pay the bill. We got to the room, thankfully it was already heated, a comfortable bed but then I realized that the bathroom was missing the bidet. Very essential but for short stops it is passable. Recommended only for short stops and when you are passing through. Reception very disorganized, a little expensive for the service that offers that there is not even a parking space and we had to park in the middle of the street. I don't think we want to return to other facilities that there are no facilities available.

Reception that does not exist

I don't feel like recommending this place unless, for an emergency, we needed a room... nothing special, the phone call without batteries, the shower tent left us wanting, the broken dressing room on the closet... but you can't really rent a room and have the scotch at the bedside...

The rooms are really small and poorly furnished. The staff is rude and you want to run away. The closet smells of mold and the bathroom is tiny. The cleaning is not the best. The elevator is broken and the reception is always closed.

Not recommended

We stayed overnight at the residence for work. They had initially booked for four nights, but after two we opted for another facility. The staff turned out to be extremely rude and not available at all. The ATM didn't work and there was no Wi-Fi. The rooms are not very clean, the bathroom has no bidet and the molded closet. Poor quality price ratio. Lastly, the facility has no free parking and there is a risk of fine as the residence is located at the entrance to the hospital.

To be Avoided

Very uncomfortable bed and pillow, small room, poorly maintained and very spacious. The ATM doesn't work, there's no wifi, there's no elevator.

I would have liked to write a good review on a structure in my territory, and instead... essential rooms to make a compliment. Beyond the bad organization, I had asked for a wedding room, I was given a double room, in which they had not even dared to join the beds. Camera with a persistent smell of alcohol (probably the detergent used for floors) that alternated with that of mold near the closet. Reception is always closed, there was not even an automatic distributor to get a bottle of water. Scaldabe (of those who throw you even in the worst bottles) is for the dream. Prices exaggerated for non-existent service.
