Cardo Roma was a great place to spend a week while attending a conference nearby. The hotel was beautiful with a lovely pool area. The rooms were nice and clean and modern. From the time we checked in with Mikela at the front desk, Ramano taking care of our bags, Lorenzo serving us at the restaurant and Gianmarco making us delicious drinks with the biggest smile and welcome daily, we had a delightful time. Those four staff members went out of their way to make us feel special each and everyday of our week stay. By the time we left we had made friends for a lifetime. Gianmarco got to know our tastes and made us special drinks and always made each day feel like we were royalty. Lorenzo helped us order different food combinations and made dinners enjoyable. Mikela answered each and every question with patience and Ramano greeted us every time he saw us. It's not always what you get to see on vacation, but who you get to know that make the trip remarkable. We can't wait to come back to Italy and see these employees at Cardo Roma that we can now call friends.
