Madá B&B is a great base for exploring the city of Naples and its surroundings. The train station Piazza Amedeo, where regional trains and Metro Line 2 depart, is only a two minute walk away. Trains from there can take you directly to Pompei, for example. You are given breakfast coupons in a café nearby for a coffee (or other beverage) and a pastry of your choice. Madá has a small kitchen where there are snacks, fruit and a coffee machine, where you can make yourself a cup of espresso after a day out on town. The boardwalk is a 5-10 minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. Two of the rooms have a private bathroom with shower in the hallway (one for each of the rooms, so you are not sharing it with anyone else). The host is extremely helpful with arranging taxis (e.g. for early morning airport departures), giving recommendations on where to go and how to get there. Whenever I come back to Naples, I will stay here again.
