A real gem of the hotel is the staff - friendly, proactive, helpful and effective. We were offered a room upgrade for an additional small price. Our room was clean, spacious, light and nicely decorated, but we would like more shelves and drawers to put our stuff, both in the room and in the bathroom. The area around the sink would be more convenient if the accessories provided by the hotel were put at a separate case or box instead of being scattered around. The location of the hotel is ideal. Everything we wanted to see was at a very short walking distance. The terrace where breakfast is served is very nice and has a beautiful view. We liked the format of the breakfast: you fill in the form one day in advance with what you choose to eat and when you want the breakfast to be served. Everything was delicious, especially the bio bread. The coffee is just ok, it could be better.
