189 reviewsWe stayed here over the New Year week, booked fairly last minute with Crystal. We were a little concerned reading previous reviews regarding the food however we need not have worried, we didn’t have a bad meal all week. I don’t understand previous reviews unless they were from people who prefer nothing but chicken nuggets and burgers. The staff worked tirelessly to provide the best service they could, putting on a Trentino evening, an Italian evening and an extensive New Year Gala dinner. The rooms were spotlessly clean, adequate, with some of the best storage we have had at a ski hotel. Location was perfect for easy access to the slopes. The only negative I can think of is that the exit from the ski storage room in the basement is precarious to say the least. We opted to rent a locker at the base of the slopes for 30 euros for the week which was very convenient and we enjoyed a leisurely few minutes walk in a morning instead of carting all our equipment. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for a great value ski week. The ski area is set up perfectly for beginners, intermediates and families.
