Quiet, pleasant and generous hospitality. Milk, fruit, wine and beers for the first day, all at the expense of hosts. No breakfast is provided. Take into account it is a Zimmer not an hotel. No room service, no daily cleaning or arranging your bed. Just peace and tranquility

The rooms are lovely and well equipped. Spacious and the bed is comfortable. There is also a Jacuzzi bath in the room and a little patio for you to have your dinner prepared in the kitchenette attached. However, the price is extortionate, if you only want a bed for the night. The room cost 1000 shekels for the night for the room only. The Scottish hotel in Tiberias costs 1190 shekels for one night including breakfast. The host was also very unpleasant. She did not allow us to leave our suitcases with her beyond the departure limit of noon. Personally I will opt for the Scottish hotel anytime or an alternative zimmer in Rosh Pina if this is the place of your choice. Rosh Pina has very little to offer for itself in my view and Tiberias has no better attractions unless you have an affinity with Jesus. 


Not recommended 

My friends and I reserved two rooms and arrived at 4 PM Thursday afternoon. We had trouble finding the house as the street sign outside was a very small "16" with no signs for the Zimmer itself.  It is not a B&B; there is no breakfast. The hostess was not at the premises and her teenage son did not know anything. We had to come back later to find details. 

They only take shekels, and we debated the exchange rate as the cost is given in dollars; my iPhone app had an up-to-date exchange rate of that morning which was about 20 shekels per room less than what the hostess insisted on after it took her 5 minutes to look up her rate. 

They did not change the linens the second night and in fact refused to change the beds when we asked. When we suggested we would mention this on TripAdvisor, she shrugged her shoulders and walked away!  The view of the Golan Heights can seldom be seen because of extensive faze. There is no sunset view as the mountain blocks the Western view.

Although the rooms are decorated and built quite nicely, there was no hairdryer unless you left your room, rang the doorbell and asked for one. The Wi-Fi was only receptive in part of the rooms.

We paid almost as much for this Zimmer as we did for a prime hotel on the beach in Tel Aviv the previous weekend. Furthermore, the hotel had a terrific breakfast and this Zimmer had none. 

I travel worldwide about four months a year and this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had because of a horrible attitude by the owner.

Horrible attitude and service from hostess

Very comfortable and unique room with very nice view to the valley and to Ramat Hagolan.  
Fruit, read wine Nespresso machine with milk, every thing you need for one day vacation and Big Jacuzzi for good time.
