The wow factor hits you the moment you arrive. Open air restaurant for three meals a day with sumptuous breakfast included. Plenty of variety and styles. The rooms are either small villas by the see through pool, or at the other end, a 4 storey hotel block with rooms having a sea view & 4 small villas on the ground floor with their own pool.We had an oceanview deluxe room, completely facing west to catch the sunsets every night.The rooms are huge with a safe, kettle, fridge, TV and large closet, plenty of cupboard & drawer space. There are tea & coffee supplies & bottles of fresh water every day.Beach towels are provided.The bathrooms are the biggest I've ever seen, all capable of taking wheelchairs should you need it, &all floors are serviced by elevators.There is a rooftop gym, cliff restaurant, paid for airport shuttles, tours to the nearby Gili Islands & excellent snorkelling right off the beach.The resort rooms all have balconies & there are really comfortable day beds, in the immaculate grounds & by the pools, which also has a swim up bar. The staff are amazing, Fery & Dwi at the restaurant to name just two. The staff are this hotels biggest assets. One downside is there are NO USB charging sockets in the rooms, so bring a plug/lead for the tv USB socket
