This is my second stay.. the staff is very friendly and helpfull. During my booking I had some problems with my booking and agoda, but the hotel staff was really helpfull in assisting me and responding to all my WA messages, so that the booking could finally got confirmed. The room is big and clean, the bathroom is very nice and big. The hot water needs a bit time but it really has a nice temperatur. There are some minor things which could be added, as example, the desk area (near the TV) is rather dark, its not so comfy working / writing there. And also, it would be nice if there were some more hooks in the bathroom to hang some clothes. And the stairs to the cottage area are pretty slippery since its not indoor, so if it rains/rained, it feels a bit risky. I like the whole balinese styled appearance, and pools, they are really nice, and the breakfast area too. Will definately stay here again next time Its really a balinese style hidden gem in Malang
