There were three of us there (friends aged 26-28) and we were very satisfied. There are only two reviews so far, which is incredibly unfortunate, because the owner and the employees were really the nicest and most helpful people we've ever met in Indonesia! Whether it was a delicious breakfast, even though it was already 1:00 p.m., or the days like yesterday when they wanted to help us pack our backpack or always put out the clothes in the sun and rain.

Price/performance -> perfect!

I had been staying at a 4* resort on  Gili T whilst traveling with a friend so I'd been totally spoilt, after she left I needed to save some money and find a room on my own, and I didn't really want a hostel. I came across the Sagita bungalows which are literally on the harbour front opposite the main port. This was ideal for me because it meant I didn't need to use the poor horse drawn carriages.  (I hated seeing the horses laden down). 
Firstly I might say I thought the review left that was left so unfair, yes the rooms are basic but believe me the price is probably the best on the island apart from the hostels, I know I did a lot of knocking on doors!
My room was clean and fairly large with a shower and toilet, the shower has fresh  water but not hot water, but when it's 30°+ who wants a hot shower.
The double bed was very comfortable, the air con was a must (the nights were so hot and humid) and there was a TV (which I never used). 
Outside on the shared balcony which had a view of the lovely little garden, there was a table with 2 chairs and a hammock, which was great to lie in and relax in the shade. 
But what really impressed me was the friendliness and help I received from Sam and the staff, they really could not do enough to help make my stay in this charming little oasis as pleasurable as possible.
So if your looking for cheap, clean, friendly accommodation with everything on your door step then Sam's your man!

GREAT LITTLE PLACE FOR THE PRICE

I don't mind to stay at budget hotel with simple accessories/facilities/breakfast but it must be clean . The floor got some brown colour stain ,the chair outside the room got thick dust ,the toilet is not properly clean/brush . The basin is rusty, mirror is also dirty . I feel very very uncomfortable staying here .upon check in towel is not provided. We requested twice to get our towel .the blankets is so small and it doesn't look like blankets at all . I'm not sure how clean the bedsheets but got some sand/dirt on it. Got weird smells in the room I guess the previous guess smoke in the room. A small cabinet next to the bed is also dirty with some biscuits flakes on top . The Tv & decoder is also full of dust . Unless you really really want to save money and what you look for is just a place  to sleep then you can consider it.
