The hotel is very near to the Saharanpur railway station. Hotel is good . Service and food is also good. But do not expect much from the hotel. It is good for 1 or 2 day stay and long stay can be avoided in this hotel.

It was a comfortable stay in this hotel. The staff and the owner is optimistic, supportive and listen to your requirements...Overall a good hotel within a budget..Required Services are also provided good at the Best..

Very near to railway station

“Comfortable with lot of scope for improvement”

Hotel is very close to railway station and is convenient in order to catch a train or if u r coming via train. There is nothing extra ordinary about the hotel. Just another hotel in budget category....

Very average

A colleague and I had a 2 nights stay at this property from 23 Nov'15. Our travel partner had booked the best category rooms on offer but on check-in they were not even clean. The pillow covers and bedsheet were soiled and the blanket smelled like it had never been dry-cleaned or even dusted.
There were no towels or toiletries in the washroom and the shower was clogged. There was a bunch of naked electrical wires running open right across the washroom door and the toilet seat and jet both were completely rusted.
The TV had no remote and the fans were covered in muck. For the kind of food it offered, the prices were exorbitant. Thankfully there was a Dominos nearby that came to the rescue.
There is no dormitory or washroom for the drivers and our's was told to sleep on the floor of the hotel's bar.
Wi-fi is offered but did not connect and the hotel does not accept cards.
My booking voucher had been created by my company's travel partner so I could not cancel.
To be avoided at all costs if you don't have a beast mode!
Definitely to be avoided if you are travelling with family.

Serious Health & Hygiene issues

I have been here in last month . We could not find a single clean room. We had to check 5 rooms before checking inn. Even toilet flush is not working in few rooms.
It was an emergency as we have to catch a train.so no option for us other than this hotel, as it is quite near to station. It is a hotel with pathetic hygiene levels and staff doesn't know what to do.
