I stayed for two days i hope i can return soon. Rooms are very nice and clean also room service was impeccable as compared to another hotel.
Overall this hotel is a great choice if you want to treat yourself with a special experience.

The room was excellent, the service was good, the food was good. Room tariff  was affordable. It is good for 2-3 days visit. I am completely satisfied. My family members also liked it.  My stay at Panchkula was memorable. I will surely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. 

The hotel offers facilities such as free WiFi internet, Reception,Room service, Newspaper, Laundry service.The rooms were air-conditioned having amenities like Telephone,Room heater, Television.The bathroom has 24 hours supply of hot and cold water.

Hotel is at zirakpur - Panchkula - Kalka Highway  away from Bus Stand of Sector 5 and at the outskirts of city. Staff is nice, room service is OK. But in my room, the fan had no regulators, Bathroom choked, which was sorted out. On the third and last day the water was not coming in water tank of Western Toilet. Only few Channels were coming in Cable TV. Staff had to be reminded everyday of Soaps. However the Stay was comfortable and OK. But OYO Rooms commitment was not upto the mark.

I booked this hotel through oyo app. 
But i am not happy with the stay. When we arrived at hotel gate there was no one. Later someone asscorted us to the reception. The guy at reception was very nice. He given us the room key and given direction towards the room as there was no one to asscort us to the room. Room was small and clean but there was a small lizard on bed. We asked hotel staff to change the room but they sent two cleaning staff to the room. I think they killed that lizard on the bed and they took that lizard away but they didn't changed our room. Food was average. Next day morning at around 9am i orderd for breakfast in room. But breakfast didn't arrived. They forgot my order. This shows lack of interst to do the business. No care towards the customer. Very disappointed.
