I would suggest people not to trust reviews on the google search page, the hotel is great for the budget traveller, amazing little comfy rooms and the staff are super friendly who will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and help you out.

Dear Fab Hotel group, I really appreciate your prompt response and service in terms of connections, whenever I dial, someone was always there to help me, in case of Business stays in such  prime locations of Mumbai, Fab is really Fabulous choice for me, Mr. Vishwajeet were really helpful to me & the rooms availability in the last moments was never a issue for me being in a corporate sector as so  many urgency comes up and googling rooms in mumbai in such moments is terrible. however I would recommend Fab hotel for Business stays is always perfect choice.

Average looking on the outside,Amazing on the Inside

We stayed here for our two nights in Mumbai thinking it would be handy being close to the airport. Turns out it is on the wrong side of the airport so still took 45mins and it is very far away from all the tourist attractions! It is not a good neighbourhood and is right on the main road so there is loud noise and constant beeping all night. The room was small but was clean and the facilities were ok. Some of the staff were helpful (and some really not). They booked us an 'English speaking' driver to take us around Mumbai for the day but in fact they could barely speak a word of English, so that was very frustrating! Overall I would not recommend Fabhotel Kalpana if you are a tourist visiting Mumbai - far too expensive for the location and service. 

Not good for Tourists

On my recent trip to Mumbai with my friends, we stayed here for 2 days coz its nearer from airport. Although the services, cleanliness was quite ok. Staff is quite cooperative but room is messed, blankets and bed sheets are looking used and smelling.

Okk Okk!

Very pathetic. If somebody wants to experience a Jhuggi life (Ghetto) after paying a handsome money, I will recommend to stay in this ghetto. Too small and crampy room with stinking bed sheets and pillow. I could not sleep properly whole night because of the strong stench coming out from the bed. Seems it was not cleaned for months. On top of that, the comforter was also also stinking. I had never been to an OYO property earlier, and after visiting this ghetto, I will never recommend anybody for going near it. Sleeping at a railway platform could be a far better an option than staying at such locations.
