I can absolutely recommend this place. Beautiful Villa in a quiet are of town and a family that goes out of their way to give their guests a pleasant stay. Also the inventory of the house is very tasteful. Would stay there anytime again.

We stayed here for one night on our way from Cochin to Wayannad. The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful and provided us with a delicious evening meal and breakfast. The room was immaculate and the bed extremely comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Homestay.

This is the best Homestay we visited in India. The family who run Common Grounds are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean and very reasonably priced. The location is easy to find and convenient for the train station and airport. We had a Keralan breakfast which was delicious. Communal areas are comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommended.

Although the guest house is close to the main road and main bus station, it is in a quiet and peaceful lane. Food and welcome exceeded expectations. Warm charming and a doing family. Certainly a great place to stop over if exploring further afield.
