I have visited this place on 13th June 2018 and stayed till 17th June 2018. It was named FAB ANS CYBER CASTLE hotel then. Now it's managed by OYO.

By the way a nice place to stay. Nice and courteous staffs. Executive Amenities. Well connected to the High ways. 

Adjacent to Hitec city and Madhapur area of Hyderabad. Most popular and leading software organisations head quarters or offices are located near it.

Densely populated by young technocrats. Most secured, modern place in Hyderabad city.

Recommended for most of us.

Cleanliness and easy access to the Madhapur main road are the added advantage.This hotel is best in terms of location, cleanliness and budget..5 star service as well. Closest places are durgam cheruvu,inorbit mall, next gallery mall and many more happening places near madhapur. 

All are good. Except, the checkin and checkout time. I arrived on early hours 2 am, but charged for the 1 night stay.Also I checked out the room early.. because my flight was 1 am morning.. its considered as 1 days stay. do adjustments based on the stay.

Language problem ; onyl manager knows engligh, other workers talking in Hindi only.



Very supportive and helpful hotel staff. Clean and tidy rooms without any kind of disturbance. Location is perfect and I would love to stay again if I have the chance. I highly recommend this hotel. Simply amazing.

Best location to access Hi Tech city

Budget hotel with utmost cleanilness.

No front desk, no security, no nothing at this place. The managers number not working. This is not a hotel. It’s an apartment building where they transformed it. Lifts not working. Literally I came in the afternoon like 1pm and was waiting for like 45 minutes at the basement for someone to guide me. One security guy came and took me to 2/3rd floor on the stairs and left me. I had to run away within like 2 hours from this place.

The name of the hotel is supposed to be FAB ANS CYBER CASTLE HOTEL / service hotel. 
No board or signage or indication whatsoever. Extremely difficult to locate this property. I spent good 45 mins during the day time with the help of a local Ola driver, who was the resident of the city since birth. 
One can imagine the plight of a person trying to reach the hotel during odd hours and without any local help. 
I did rounds around the property but couldn't locate, then called the numbers provided on my booking voucher. 
I narrated my problem and asked for directions, instead of directions I received an automated reply please state your booking number name check in and check out date and name of the travel website through which booking was done.  I told her I can t access my mail to fetch the booking reference number etc and would provide it when I reach the hotel. But she insisted that she won't be able to answer further till I i share these details.  I 
hung up gave her the details, then instead of directions she asked me to write a number and call them for directions, since the numbers are of centralised fab hotel system. I called that number spoke to a gentleman , who gave me another number and asked to call them. Finally I got hold of the right person who guided me to the property. 
I complained about the experience and lack of proper signage. 
This gentleman refused to accept that complaint and insisted that the name is there outside and pointed towards a very small sign board, somewhere near the first floor,which says Fab hotel. NO CYBER NO CASTLE NO HOTEL NO SERVICE APARTMENT. (Please see the photograph)
I regret booking this hotel to the core.  I checked out in within some hours. 
This is by far a very unique experience.
